After a two year break we decided to bring the famous Lock and Choke tournament label back to the grappling community.

In Winter 2010 the LAC will be back!

Competitors from all over Europe will be invited to participate in our grappling tournament, that was one of the first grappling tournaments ever in Germany.

If you can not wait any longer, feel free to join our SUBBATTLE Tournament in Cologne. We established this Label as a complete set for beginners and advanced fighters, that want to join a step by step tournament system from open mats to tournaments in Grappling and MMA.
